Debitsuccess is pleased to announce our newly designed Client Login secure portal.

Aside from a cleaner, fresher look, the new site boasts increased security in line with the latest criterions of the global Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS) – meaning security of your data and your customers’ data.

The updated Client Login site also introduces an Administration module – to give you greater flexibility of the administration of your customers’ payment information with the ability to create multiple logins with custom access levels.

We aim to have all Debitsuccess clients migrated to the new site by the end of April 2015. If you would like to be moved sooner or for more information, please contact your Account Manager.

Changes to pay-out process over Easter×

Given the Easter period is coming up, we anticipate some variations to the pay-out process over this period. Here are the details so you can be aware of your cashflow situation.

Pay-out process over this time
Due to this year’s Easter dates, the pay-outs will fall as follows:

  • Wednesday 8 April pay-out will cover monies collected for four days:
    • Monday 30 March
    • Tuesday 31 March
    • Wednesday 1 April
    • Thursday 2 April

  • Wednesday 15 April pay-out will cover monies collected for six days:
    • Friday 3 April
    • Monday 6 April
    • Tuesday 7 April
    • Wednesday 8 April
    • Thursday 9 April
    • Friday 10 April

Please note: In our experience, there's generally a higher frequency of payment reversals in the lead up to and following on from public holidays:
As another option, you may like to direct your customers to Pay Now if they wish to make an advance payment.
